We want you to be completely satisfied with your Victoria Beckham Beauty purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip to ensure smooth processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
